An existing sleepout at the top of a Roseneath property was mostly demolished to make way for this new 84m2 house, comprising 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a sunny open space Living/Dining/Kitchen.

The  limited available space is made the absolute most of by large and high level windows capturing sun and light, and the soaring high level ceiling. The view does the rest.
