Island Bay Entry Alterations

New Entry Conservatory and Bathroom alterations to house in Island Bay.

This 1960's house entry porch required a maintenance upgrade, so a new entry area was designed by Studio8 to "lift" the arrival first impression from a back porch to a front of house entry area. The footprint was only changed a little, but the old glass roof was removed and replaced with a solid roof and skylights. The porch became a conservatory type space which doubles as an Entry, as well as to function as an attractive separate, and very useable, sitting space with magnificent views out over the south coast.

Refurbishing and renovating the existing bathroom and office completed this project.
